Plants stemless, solitary or, less frequently, in groups. Leaves 14-16, about 20 cm long, 6 cm wide, ascending or spreading, very fleshy, shiny, olive green with numerous, mostly confluent whitish-green longitudinal spots and stripes; margins with triangular brown teeth; teeth 3- 4 mm long, 6-8 mm apart. Inflorescences to 80 cm talll, erect, with 8-10 branches; inflorescence branches cylindric, flowers well spaced; bracts 10-12 mm long, about 4 mm wide; pedicels about 10 mm long; flowers greenish yellow, pendulous; perianths 25-30 mm long, about 7 mm across the ovary, outer tepals for about 4 mm; anthers exserted 2-3 mm; ovary about 6 mm long, 3 mm in diameter, green.; stigma exserted about 4 mm.
Aloe peckii grows on limestone in Buxus-Acokanthera bushland with Vachellia etbaica at 1500-1750 m. It is known only from region N2 of the Flora of Somalia.
