Fruits loculididal capsules with 5 prominent wings, dividing at maturity int 5 equal mericarps; mericarpswith 1 seed each; seeds reniform.
Senra includes only 1 species, Senra incana. It grows from the Horn of Africa (including both Somaliand and Somalia), through Arabia to Pakistan and India.
